Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the WeedBay website (the “Site”) or placing an order. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WeedBay (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1.2. Your use of the Site or any purchase from us signifies your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published on the Site.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1. You must be at least 21 years old to place an order. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2. We reserve the right to verify your age and refuse service or cancel orders if verification fails.

3. Products & Scope

3.1. WeedBay offers smoke accessories, culture apparel, and related merchandise only. No plant material, ingestible herbs, or controlled substances are sold.
3.2. Product availability, descriptions, pricing, and colors are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1. Order Acceptance

• Receipt of your order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  4.2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

• Payment must be made at the time of order via our accepted methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount (including applicable taxes and shipping fees).

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1. We ship to U.S. addresses only (unless otherwise stated).
5.2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
5.3. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6.1. Eligibility

• You may return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  6.2. Process

• To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@weedbay.store for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  6.3. Refunds

• Refunds (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued within 7 business days of receiving your return.

7. Warranty

7.1. Products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
7.2. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
7.3. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, product designs, and software—is the property of WeedBay or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

9.1. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or servers.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Upload viruses or malicious code.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or assume liability for any content, products, or services on those sites. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeedBay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeedBay and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
